Touch Call Recording Service is compatibile with any enterprise voice and PBX system. Our solution integrates with Mitel MX-ONE, Cisco Call Manager, Avaya, Alcatel Lucent, Unify and more.

Touch PBX recorder can be adapted to any vendor-specific API, for compatibility with any telephony solution in the enterprise.

Secure and configurable

Capture voice streams and metadata and combine them into files for storage. Files are then securely transferred to the Touch Storage Centre and managed through the Touch Web-Portal.

Depending on the system, on-demand and continuous recording modes can be supported, as well as exclusions based on white-listed numbers.
